Terms and Conditions of Sale

All returns must have the Certified Fastener & Industrial Supply, Inc. (“Seller”) authorization number, original labels and packaging, and in the same condition as sent by the Seller. All prices, Seller’s vendors, and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify all prices, vendors, and terms before placing an order. The Seller does not in any way guarantee that a specified item will be available for shipment at any date. The Seller reserves the right to stop selling any item for any reason.The Seller reserves the right to over-ship or under-ship 10% of item order quantity, and the buyer is financially responsible for any change in price. The Seller will ship all orders via the carrier of their choice, or by special collect freight terms via the buyer’s choice of carrier. Risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon shipment. Shipping dates furnished by Seller are approximate and shall not be deemed to be fixed or guaranteed. Shipment of product will be made F.O.B (a) Seller’s Facility, (b) Seller’s supplier’s facility when products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or (c) as otherwise indicated per Distributor’s quotation or order acknowledgement. All claims for shortages, damages and shipment errors made by deliveries on Distributor’s truck must be reported to Distributor within 10 business days of shipment. Until payment is made in full by the buyer for the entire invoice, title for all items shown on the invoice shall remain in the possession of the Seller. Certified Fasteners and Industrial Supply, Inc. shall be and is hereby granted by the buyer a purchase money security interest in such items. The buyer further agrees to execute any financing statements and other documents the Seller may require to perfect such security interest. The buyer authorizes the Seller to file such financing statements with respect of the buyer, wherever such filing is permitted by law. Furthermore, the buyer hereby irrevocably appoints Certified Fasteners and Industrial Supply, Inc. as its agent for filing any required statements to perfect its security interest herein provided for. Unless otherwise specified, item pack quantities will be chosen by the Seller’s sole discretion. The Seller is not responsible for errors or omissions. Our minimum order is $30.00, except for pick-ups, where there is no minimum. C.I.A. payments will be required to wait for shipment, until their check clears our bank. We will accept certified checks for prompt shipment. Payment net C.O.D. or net 30 days promptly on approved credit in U.S.A. currency. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. The buyer shall be responsible for all C.O.D. related fees. Venue shall be Cook County, Illinois for any actions taken against Certified Fasteners and Industrial Supply, Inc. Additional terms available upon request.
